What's the difference between Clubs and Units?
Shrine Clubs are usually organized by region or area, such as the Anoka Area Shrine Club (AASC), whose purpose is to promote a social atmosphere among its members.  They generally meet once a month, somewhere in the area they serve.

Units, on the other hand, are usually organized along the lines of a specific interest, or for a specific purpose.  Some Units, such as the Steel Drum Band, are organized to provide entertainment (in parades or at concerts), while others are organized to support specific activities.
